What information do I need to apply for a Mission Lane Visa?

You'll need the following information to complete your online application:

• Street address
• Social Security number
• Income information
• An active phone number where you can receive calls or texts (no toll-free numbers)
• An active email address
• Your offer code

In some cases, we may request documents to verify your income. Acceptable documents include W2s, 1099s, pay stubs, and benefits documents, all of which you can upload on our website.

Can I apply for a Mission Lane Visa if I don't have a mobile phone?

Yes. As long as you have access to a working phone number and the Internet, you'll be able to complete the credit card application and manage any account-related details.

What is a hard credit inquiry?

A hard credit inquiry is a credit check with a credit reporting agency that lenders use when making a credit decision. In the Mission Lane card application process, it occurs after you select "Get my answer."

If I'm approved, when will I receive my Mission Lane Visa?

Once you've electronically signed your cardholder agreement, you'll receive your credit card in the mail within 10-14 business days. You'll also receive a PIN number in the mail around the same time, in a separate envelope.

Why do I need to provide my Social Security Number (SSN) as part of my credit card application?

We require your Social Security number for two reasons:

First, under the USA Patriot Act, all financial institutions are required to verify the identity of every person who attempts to open an account or become a signatory on an account. An "account" can include a credit card, checking account, or another extension of credit.

Second, we use your SSN to access information about your credit history, which helps us determine if we can approve your application.

What happens after my Mission Lane Visa application has been submitted?

There are a few possible outcomes after your application has been submitted:

Application approved: You'll need to complete an email/phone verification and electronically sign the cardholder agreement. Once this is successfully completed, your card will be mailed to you within 10-14 business days.

Application pending proof of income: You'll need to provide proof of income (which can include a W2, 1099, paystub, etc.), complete an email/phone verification, and electronically sign the cardholder agreement. Once this is successfully completed, your card will be mailed to you within 10-14 business days.

Application declined: If you're declined, we want to make sure you understand why. Please log into your account for details about our decision.

Please note, your card will not be issued and mailed to you until you electronically sign your cardholder agreement.

Can I check the status of my Mission Lane Visa application?

Yes. Sign in to your account at any time to view your application status.

How will I get my credit card statement?

Depending on your paperless preferences, your statement will be delivered either by mail or by posting to your account online each month.  

If you've selected to receive paper statements, we’ll mail your statement to the mailing address specified for your account each month. If you access your account online, you can also find it by following the steps below.  

If you've chosen paperless delivery, your statement will be posted to your online account the day after your billing cycle closes. Note: your due date is at least 23 days after the close of each billing cycle. 

How to Access Statements Online
To view your current and past statements in the mobile app, select the Home tab in the bottom toolbar. Then, select Statements located next to the Activity header.

To view your current and past statements through our website, select Statements at the bottom of your Recent Activity section.

What do I do if I haven't received my mailed statement yet?

If you haven't received your statement in the mail yet, you can always view your statements in the mobile app or on the website.

What do I do if I need to make a payment and I'm afraid it will be late?

For your payment to be considered on-time, you'll need to make the payment on or before your payment due date. To avoid missing payments, you can also set up autopay (which you can cancel anytime).

If you're not used to making payments online or in the app, here’s how:

• Sign in
• Tap or click Make a Payment
• Follow the prompts to add Payment Amount, Payment Date, and Funding Account
• If you don’t have a checking account on file, you’ll need to add your routing and account number to the Funding Account section

How do I report my card lost or stolen?

If your card is lost, stolen, or you suspect fraudulent charges, please call us immediately at 1-855-790-8860.

Report your card lost or stolen if you’re missing your card or think someone stole your account number. By doing this, Mission Lane will immediately lock the lost card so no one else can use it and issue you a replacement card with a new card number.

3. Check your email and open the one with the subject line "Reset Your Mission Lane Password"

How do I download the Mission Lane mobile app?

You can download the Mission Lane mobile app directly from the Apple App Store or from the Google Play Store, depending on your mobile device.

How do I sign in to the Mission Lane mobile app?

After you download the app on your mobile device, open the app and sign in with your existing Mission Lane username and password. You can also enable facial or fingerprint recognition for a more secure sign in.

How can I troubleshoot issues I'm having on the website?
